QUICKsms.com.au has a strict, on going commitment to protecting our clients and website visitors information. We do not use cookies or other code to store your personal information when you visit our web site. Email sent through our website contact form is responded to and deleted once you are satisfied that we have addressed your enquiry.

We do not send out spam or pass on your details to any third party. Sms or email promotions will not be sent to you unless you have given QUICK SMS express permission do so. In such case you can ask to be removed from our promotions list. Our invoicing system and newsletters are for existing clients and opt in subscribers only. If you do not want to receive our newsletter or marketing information you can unsubscribe by sending an email to sales@quicksms.com.au including your email address, home and or mobile phone number. Any email that appears to have come from our server and is considered spam should be forwarded, including the full mail header information, to sales@quicksms.com.au.

Information that you choose to disclose to QUICKsms either in person, by mail, over the phone or via email will always be held in confidence and never passed on to any third party. Your account details, such as your full name, address, telephone number and email address are maintained so as to manage your account and this information is treated as confidential and never disclosed to any third party without your express consent.

In the case where criminal activity is suspected QUICKsms are obliged to pass any relevant information on to the appropriate authorities for further investigation.
